Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse (RN) supervises the Patient Care Specialist (PCS) in the provision of direct and indirect patient care. The PCS accepts delegation from care team members, including physicians, advanced practice providers, RNs, LPNs, and MAs, to address the patient’s or family’s requirements.

The direct care role entails the provision of care, the collection and documentation of patient care data, and the dissemination of information to patients, families, and care team members.

Schedule Details:

Typically, day schedules are scheduled from Monday to Friday; however, evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be incorporated as necessary. This position may necessitate training in any department of the clinic, including “Primary Care Today.” Be prepared to relocate to Faribault as necessary.
