Responsiblities:

We are currently in search of a Production Supervisor to join our team.

  • Monitor Progression of Production

  • The capacity to operate designated areas on the production floor, including the setup, cleansing, testing, and repair of equipment, is essential.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in the Arts of Speaking, Reading, Writing, and Understanding English at an Exemplary Level
  • A minimum of two years of experience and leadership training
  • You should have a minimum of two years of experience in supervising and managing a manufacturing facility for pharmaceutical, natural, or food products.
  • We anticipate gaining knowledge about the equipment, critical troubleshooting, and the necessary adjustments to meet expectations. This is crucial for the purpose of facilitating production planning.

Terms of Employment:

  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Employees are required to reside in Barrhead, AB, or are in the process of relocating there.
  • New employees are subject to a three-month probationary period.
  • Upholding an attendance rate of 95%
  • You must enroll in and complete 5th Class Power Engineering with ABSA Certification within the first two weeks of employment and within the first six (6) months of employment.
  • Maintain a clean and shaved appearance at all times.
  • Be sure to wear all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with the regulations of SQF, OH&S, and food safety.
