Responsibilities of Steward Jobs in USA for Foreigners:

• Collects all soiled dishware from tubs that are transported to the dish room, rinses it, and stacks it in dishracks. Ensures that the dishes are free of leftovers and trash in order to prepare them for automated washing.
• Loads complete dishracks onto the conveyor belt and guarantees that they are positioned correctly in accordance with the machine’s operating instructions. Utilizes controls in accordance with instructions to operate an automatic dishwashing machine.
• Monitors and adjusts controls to regulate the output of detergents and chemicals to the dishwashing machine and loads dishwashing solutions into automatic dispensers.
• Unloads clean dishes from racks after they have been processed through a dish machine, inspects them for cleanliness, and meticulously stacks them in designated carts and shelves for the convenience of restaurant and kitchen staff.

• Manually polishes all silver, stainless steel, and pewter utilized in food service using standard polishing cloth and products to ensure that the equipment is clean and visually appealing to consumers.
